Your Role:

As a Senior Storage Engineer with extensive expertise in NetApp technologies, you will be an integral part of the Digital Plant Infrastructure team within our Electronics business. You will be responsible for delivering storage solutions that support our digital manufacturing initiatives across Electronics manufacturing and R&D sites worldwide. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that our storage infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement scalable storage solutions using NetApp technologies tailored for digital plant infrastructure.Ensure effective lifecycle management for storage hardware in Electronics manufacturing and R&D sites.Monitor and optimize storage performance, capacity, and availability to guarantee seamless manufacturing operations.Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to support data management, backup, recovery, and archiving strategies.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members in NetApp technologies.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in storage engineering, with a strong emphasis on NetApp technologies.In-depth knowledge of NetApp storage solutions.Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and cloud storage solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills, focusing on operational efficiency and reliability.Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with cross-functional teams.
