Job Description
Join a dynamic insurance organization headquartered in downtown Omaha, NE, as a Senior Storage Engineer. In this role, you will support and protect the company’s storage environment through technical expertise and collaborative efforts. Responsibilities:
Provide technical skill and support in the architecture design, implementation, optimization, and administration of the company’s storage and data backup systems.Ensure the company’s storage environments are performing at acceptable levels.Maintain and enforce backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols to safeguard the company’s data.Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to ensure adequate storage is available for server and unstructured data needs.Participate in projects and prepare architectural and technical implementation plans. Qualifications and Requirements:
Required:3+ years of experience as a Storage EngineerProficiency with Data Domains, Air Gapped storage solutions, Isilon, Nimble, and Avamar technologiesExperience with Azure, M365, and/or AWS DR technologies
