GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Health Center Manager, Supervisor or designee, orders items through Peoplesoft system, receives, stores, and issues materials and equipment. Distributes inventory items to users and maintains storeroom. Maintains forms, stocks, and related files. Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. Maintains postage meter and supplies. Maintains mailroom. Discards obsolete equipment, as necessary. Performs related clerical duties.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school graduate or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in shipping and receiving. Computer literacy and experience.
