Senior Strategic Delivery Manager

In the role of Senior Strategic Delivery Manager, we'll count on you to:
Participate in monthly, or as appropriate, project reviews on strategic projectsFunction, when necessary, as the main point of contact for the clientDevelop communication workflowWork with Managing Principals/Market Sector Directors to develop staffing strategy and mentorDevelop and manage delivery strategyAssist with contract review, change management procedures, schedule analysis and budget developmentWork on multiple assignments with various market sectorsSupport Project MangersWork with local offices to improve project performance and deliveryWork with Regional Directors and Market Sector leaders on project issuesParticipate in pursuits and review of marketing proposals for team leadership, fee reviews, and workplans on strategic projectsLead teams when necessary to complement the delivery of critical and strategic projectsPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience in the health industryStrong leadership and project management skillsAdvanced credentialing desired (ACHA, EDAC, LEED)Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or EngineeringActive Registered Architecture or Professional Engineering licenseA minimum of 15 years of experience in leading large projectsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperienced in developing and managing diverse teamsWork cooperatively with operations and marketing on client management effortsCommitted to quality and safety consistent with HDR valuesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Pay Range: $176,330 - $214,115
