Title: Senior Strategic Sales LeaderLocation: MumbaiRole: New Acquisition Lead Business DevelopmentResponsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets by making pitches/presentations to key decision makers at CXO levels for D&B suite of productsCreate, maintain, and execute a business plan for the assigned accounts with goals and objectives, based on opportunity, customer needs, and D&B’s strategic directionImplements marketing strategies; by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and sound business acumen for forecasting of sales numbersDrives field sales strategy to ensure a strong sales pipeline to consistently deliver on set targetsMaps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business and opportunities to cross-sell and up-sellActs as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customersEnsures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targetsOrganizes and attends theme-based events which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals as part of the customer acquisition Strategy.Sales Co-ordinationAlways ensures process adherence for error free timely delivery of projectsLiaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are metMaintains data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienicallyFiles Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the Management.People SkillsWorks cohesively with other team members under the direct supervision of Enterprise Sales LeaderCreates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the teamLeads by example and lives by our core valuesKey RequirementsMBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 8+ years in Corporate/B2B salesStrong Influencing and collaboration skills to leverage relationships across stakeholders to successfully drive resultsGood thought Leadership for driving regional strategies; Strategic and Analytical focusHighly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environmentCreate an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and Presentation skillsProven client prospecting, sales planning and relationship management abilitiesSelf-driven, Energetic and CreativeSound Business Acumen and Market knowledgeAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
