Senior Strategy and Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Strategy and Portfolio Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in collaboration with the central M&A team, setting and tracking OKRs, and managing the overall portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the SaaS enterprise business landscape
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Team Management:** Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
+ **Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures:** Collaborate with the central M&A team to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
+ **OKR Setting and Tracking:** Develop, set, and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with the company's strategic priorities. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
+ **Portfolio Management:** Oversee the management of the company's portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and alignment with strategic objectives. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
+ **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and internal capabilities.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
+ Proven experience in a similar role within a SaaS enterprise business.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
+ Expertise in OKR setting and tracking.
+ Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
