ChristianaCare is searching for a Senior Strategy Partner who will collaborate with various leadership to advance ChristianaCare’s enterprise strategy and support achievement of annual operating goals. This position will identify and align strategies to achieve system priorities, support strengthening the delivery of care, improve market positioning, grow strategic partnerships, and develop plans to support the realization of enterprise revenue diversification and growth goals. This role will also be responsible for proactively developing and nurturing collaborative relationships with leaders to drive growth and innovation, enhance ChristianaCare’s market position, and achieve long-term goals.
Desired candidates will possess a strong understanding of strategic planning, meeting facilitation, healthcare market forecasting data tools, healthcare delivery models and trends, and the ability to analyze, apply, evaluate, and present data related to health care industry trends.
Some responsibilities include.....
Serve as dedicated partner to assigned service lines, campuses, and business segments to lead and support all work that advances both enterprise-wide and segment-specific strategic goals.
Serve as strategic planning thought partner, comfortable presenting information, crafting narratives, data analysis, and challenging ideas while owning the development of strategic plans, market assessments and business plans.
Develops, manages the governance and submission, and communication related to state required Certificate of Public Review (COPR) applications.
Develops, manages the governance and submission, and communication related to Request for Proposals (RFP) to prospective consultants and partners.
Plan and facilitate strategy and planning focused meetings with campus and senior leaders to deliver actionable market insights, including market sizing, segmentation, trends, and analysis for new business and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and Strategy
Achievement to advance initiatives through the enterprise governance process.

Education and experience requirements:
