Responsibilities Identify strategic pricing opportunities and lead initiatives that drive sustainable growth and enhance competitive positioning.Conduct comprehensive reviews of pricing structures and practices within the Customer Solution organization, focusing on standardization and efficiency.Oversee the formulation of pricing strategy within the Customer Solution organization, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and the product roadmap.Design and implement TCO analyses to enhance pricing strategies and service offerings.Engage with internal stakeholders, including finance, engineering, product teams, and Business Units, to ensure comprehensive pricing strategies.Develop methods to collect market information and benchmark to support the pricing process. Collaborate closely with internal analytics teams to strengthen pricing performance management;Represent the Customer Solution in cross-functional projects;Communicate strategic recommendations effectively through presentations tailored to various audiences. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 12 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

Master’s degreeAt least 8 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

OR

At least 14 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Business-oriented with solid planning and execution abilities. Ability to work independently and to have a team spirit in cross-functional settings.Adaptability to shifting priorities and tasks. Experience from an agile way of working with a lot of uncertainties.Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI.
