**What You Will Do** **:**
Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where the individual will provide strategy support in support of organizational and mission goals, and support transformation initiatives for large-scale programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead the development of operating models, operational frameworks, and governance models to optimize a federal agency's enterprise functions.
+ Facilitate client meetings, interviews, and workgroups on strategic topics, including organizational structure, process improvements, and governance.
+ Guide a team in addressing organizational challenges, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable solutions.
+ Manage relationships with senior-level clients and diverse stakeholders, driving consensus and alignment on key initiatives.
+ Develop detailed work products, synthesizing data and insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
+ Provide change management and process improvement guidance to ensure smooth transitions for clients impacted by change.
+ Lead the development of comprehensive reports, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights for client implementation.
+ Develop and facilitate trainings
+ Develop communications and executive presentations for agency leadership
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ U.S. Citizenship and the ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS Public Trust
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ FIVE (5) or more years of experience doing strategy, communications, change management, or other relevant work
**What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**
+ DHS Suitability
+ THREE (3) or more years of professional related experience in strategy, communications, and change management
+ THREE (3) or more years of experience in Federal Consulting or working with Federal Agencies
+ Proven ability to embrace change and lead continuous improvement
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience working in a cross-functional team.
+ Experience working with senior and executive leadership
The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
