We are looking to hire a full-time Remote Wastewater Structural Design Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

Structural engineering design for tanks, basins and building facilities at water and wastewater treatment plantsStructural engineering design for industrial water facilitiesDesign concrete, steel, and masonry structuresDesign concrete structures utilizing ACI 350 for Environmental StructuresPreform condition assessments of existing structuresPrepare detailed design sketches, and coordinate with designer staff to prepare BIM models and design drawingsPrepare construction specifications Utilize STAAD Pro, RAM, Enercalc and other software for structural designCoordinate structural project work with architects and process, mechanical, and electrical engineering staff

Additional Details

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of Structural Engineering Design ExperienceStructural Design Experience of wastewater treatment plants and water industrial facilities including design for tanks and basinsSTAAD or RISAMathCAD ExperienceFamiliarity with ACI 350 (Design concrete structures utilizing ACI 350 for Environmental Structures)Knowledge of Design of Concrete, Steel, and Masonry structuresProfessional Engineer License - not required but preferred
