Job Description
Utilize BIM and Revit Structural for communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners, and construction professionals. Perform structural engineering for clients in the following spaces: industrial facilities, power plants, and food & beverage projects such as grain, dairy, processing facilities, etc. Projects include federal and non-federal custom engineering packages. Engage in client-facing tasks such as design package updates, email and phone communication, and collaborate with internal design and engineering teams. Assume ownership of the project's goals and success in a consulting environment with a quick pace. This group specializes in high-performing projects with a focus on the future in food and beverage, Federal projects, and industrial facility design. The goal is to deliver excellent projects hand-in-hand with a positive experience for our clients and our communities alike. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously that vary in duration and complexity. Develop construction documents and establish SOPs. Engage in steel design and concrete foundations for pre-engineered buildings.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Burnsville, Minnesota and some days remote.
Work Environment
Best candidates will come from a structural engineering consulting firm in a facilities or industrial group. Candidates must be able to obtain a PE license and should be located in WI or MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
