Projects or assignments are clearly defined and there is still a focus on development. These engineers are expected to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity under limited supervision. They must have competencies that enable them to design, operate, and maintain systems with minimum impact on existing systems. This position may also require the utilization of strong negotiation skills as well as conflict resolution skills. The primary impact of their decisions is on the project and customers. **What we Offer:** The salary range for this position is starting at $40- $80 per hour - Commensurate, depending on relevant experience, education, and qualifications. We also offer semi-annual profit-sharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success! In the past, these have ranges between 3.5% - 11.5% of annual salary.
