Our Los Angeles based team is currently looking to add Senior Superintendents with experience supporting Higher Education projects in the greater Los Angeles market.

Qualifications 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Superintendent California public higher education university experience having successfully built projects valued at $10M and upProject experience should include ground up or major renovations on active campuses including but not limited to classrooms, labs, performing arts, dining, interiors, sports facilities and student housing
Must reside in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County area and be flexible with required business travel
Base Salary Range: $175,000 to $260,000
The range stated is specific to Los Angeles. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Con & Field roles), and internal company equity.
