Description
Sr. Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day in-house operations, ensuring all are operating according to organizational standards and client specifications.

Job Details and Duties Starting pay rate $18-$21 per hour based on experience 2nd Shift Train personnel, monitoring performance, and managing inventory control and audits. Managing in-house operations, staffing, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards, while coordinating with the Assistant Operations Manager to meet client expectations and maintain operational efficiency. Other duties as required
Job Requirements 3 years manufacturing experience. Automotive/quality experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft office Be able to work full time, overtime weekends, multiple shifts Steel toe boots/shoes Other duties as assigned. HSD/GED *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
