In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To manage the daily operations of Digital and Marketing Analytics, supporting business units and world areas in identifying areas for improvement and driving key business metrics. To assist in developing and driving digital analytics strategy and capabilities roadmap in collaboration with business leadership, IT, and Business Intelligence teams for data collection, data warehousing, data transformation, reports, and insights. To collect, analyze, and report data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, planning, and specific digital performance issues. To enable multi-functional teams across the business to effectively access digital reports, analyze results, and make decisions to drive business outcomes. To share Digital Intelligence standard practices and user guides.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or related courses. 5-7 years of relevant work experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights. At least 1.5 years of experience as a Team Leader handling multiple teams or supporting multiple functions and leading as ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignment. Relevant experience in data mining and analysis, data processing, data visualization, and report preparation. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other similar digital analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

Experience using Power BI in report preparation is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
