Senior Supply Chain Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Onboarding (40%):Analyze customer usage and purchase order (PO) data.Provide analytical support to create accurate forecasts for onboarding.Ensure smooth customer go-live with the correct inventory levels.Analytics (30%):Develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams.Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights.Process Improvement Projects (30%):Lead initiatives to improve demand planning processes.Drive the team toward greater process maturity and operational excellence.Other Responsibilities:Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team’s objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (required).Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning (required).Proven track record of supporting or managing demand planning or supply planning processes.Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), and Alteryx (required).Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred.Experience with supply chain systems like SAP IBP, BlueYonder, or similar platforms is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Knowledge of supply chain concepts, forecasting techniques, and inventory management best practices.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and processes within the supply chain space.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in deliverables.Experience in implementing or supporting supply chain software (e.g., SAP IBP, BlueYonder) is a plus.
