Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for Fluid Conveyance Division based in our new production plant in Dubnica and Vahom. As our new Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the Supply Chain Team to ensure that key Supply Chain business processes are executed to the expected and targeted level in order to fulfil customer demand.
The main scope of this role consists in contacting suppliers and customers (if required), working on continuous improvements in close cooperation with related functions as well as reporting of KPI´s and ensuring that targets are met.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Contribute to the BU Supply Chain Strategy development as well as development of Fulfilment models supporting Supply Chain Strategy Drive implementation projects supporting the implementation of Fulfilment Models in the Region ensuring efficient execution Set KPI targets, monitor and report defined KPI´s are met, create performance KPI´s and business analyses Perform people management related tasks: objective setting, performance reviews and training Lead the local Pre-Sales and Operations Planning process and ensure that local Capacity checks are performed and as well as communicate identified bottleneck situations to the relevant stakeholders Cooperate with related functions such as Sales & Marketing, BU Sales, Global Procurement, Engineering, Controlling, also suppliers and customers (if required) Develop a PFEP (a Plan For Every Part) that is aligned with Budget and Rolling Forecast as well as the needs to fulfil BU Strategic initiatives and customer demand and fulfilment models Background & SkillsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
