Duties: * Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and objectives * Analyze trends and forecasts to anticipate changes in supply and demand * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers * Oversee the procurement process, including researching and qualifying vendors * Monitor and manage inventory levels * Work to develop production schedules * Coordinate logistics and transportation strategies * Lead and mentor supply chain staff * Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members * Communicate supply chain issues and solutions to management * Identify potential risks * Monitor compliance with regulations and standards * Prepare and present reports on issues or performance
