About the role

 

This position will report directly into the Global Supply Chain Director for Enzymes and will be responsible for leading the global supply chain function whilst having direct responsibility for managing the supply chain function in Carrigaline. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Carrigaline Site Leadership team and will partner effectively with global commercial teams and other Supply Chain managers in the network to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers. They will also support in designing an optimized supply chain network which supports the growth of our business. This role is best suited to people who are strong communicators, collaborators, problem-solvers, and enjoy being enabled and empowered to deliver results.

 

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week working onsite in Carrigaline.

What will I be doing?

 

Lead the development of the supply chain strategy for the Enzyme business in line with global Kerry Supply Chain best practice guidelines. Support in development of a customer focused culture across the sites, ensuring Supply Chain team take full accountability to problem solve any issues that impact service and drive cross functional initiatives that improve the customer experience. Be an active member of the site leadership team, responsible for ensuring a quality and safety focused cultured, taking on key initiatives to support the development of the site into world class Enzyme production facility. Day-to-day management of the Supply Chain team in Carrigaline. Oversee the development of Supply Chain systems, tools, processes and training at site. Support the generation of the S&OP content for all steps within the monthly S&OP cycle. Partner closely with commercial and demand planning to drive improvements on forecast accuracy. Identify and drive Continuous Improvement opportunities to improve efficiency within the Supply Chain team in Carrigaline and the broader Enzyme network. What do I need to be successful?

Bachelor’s Degree is required. We prefer a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Information Technology or Operations. 7+ Years experience in Supply Chain Planning or Analysis. Experience in Partnering with Third-Party Manufacturers. Proficiency in SAP (especially SAP-APO, SAP-ECC and SAP-EPM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including Analysis for Office), and PowerPoint.
