Senior Supply Chain Process Improvement Specialist
Senior Supply Chain Process Improvement Specialist primary focus is to support functional areas of SCM to drive strategic process improvement activities.
The role is responsible for standardization and implementation of process efficiencies and effectiveness for the respective functions in SCM to ensure customer focused processes and compliance.
The role will also drive improvements, simplifications and automation of end-to-end processes as well as drive the cultural change towards new ways of working with a process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:

Sustain the Process Management Framework (SCM Policy and SOPs) to ensure accurate process documentation, identify process gaps and enforce quality assurance of process documentation, including management system content and compliance.Act as liaison between Subject Matter Experts, Functional Leaders and BPOs to keep the focus on the business impact and report potential roadblocks as early as possible, enabling early mitigations with the involved stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to procurement, logistics, category management, HR, finance and operations and maintenance to gather insights and feedback for process enhancementDevelop and implement innovative solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency across the entire supply chain lifecycle.Utilize data-driven approaches to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for evaluating the effectiveness of supply chain processes.Provide mentorship and guidance to SCM process improvement specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives, leveraging best practices and industry standards to drive operational excellence within the supply chain function.Oversee the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring successful implementation and achieving measurable outcomes (through communication & change management (i.e. training, documentation, publishing, etc.),Conduct thorough post-implementation evaluations, collecting feedback and adjusting strategies to maximize the impact of process improvements.Drive the adoption of best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to position the organization at the forefront of supply chain excellence.Provide training and support to supply chain teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.Drive digitalization and automation efforts within SCM together with ensuring and enabling integration with other processes.Oversee SCM Connect ambassadors to ensure Connect services are made available and support Supply Chain and stakeholders' requirements.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Knowledge and experience (min 7 years) in supply chain management, with a proven track record of managing projects within process and ERP systems reengineering and process optimization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams at various levels of the organizationExcellent Stakeholder Management skillsStrong project management skills with a focus on delivering results within established timelinesProficiency in supply chain management software and toolsAbility to travel as needed for on-site evaluations and collaborationCertification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plusPreferred experience – SCM offshore and IFS10
