**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** The Demand Supply Management (DSM) Innovation team leads defining the vision of future state capabilities, ways of working and people globally for DSM at Nike. The Senior S&IP Innovation individual contributor role will focus on Innovation related to Retail Store Planning (Location, Space and Store Allocation planning), driving increased profitability in the marketplace and inventory productivity for Nike. Some key cross functional partners are other Innovation teams, Business Enablement, functional leads across Global/Geo stakeholders within scope and Technology teams. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** The Senior Innovation S&IP teammate needs to have the ability to effectively collaborate across various levels at Nike and an understanding of the current state of Nike Retail Store Planning and the external competitive marketplace. They will integrate and communicate moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. This role has an expectation to complete work independently, with review at critical points and should require guidance only on complex issues. Independently utilizing knowledge, skills and abilities to identify areas of opportunity to resolve complex problems and navigate world wide/enterprise solutions is another skillset required. This role must evaluate all options and select the right course of action leveraging skills including: sophisticated research, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Key Qualifications: + 4 Years of experience required + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + Retail: Merchandise Planning, Location Planning, Space Planning, Allocations Planning and Pricing Planning experience preferred + Experience in Apparel and/or Footwear industry highly preferred + Experience in systems and programs relative to retail planning processes preferred **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** The Senior will work to outline strategic process shifts and capability requirements that support Global/Worldwide solutions driving value to specific KPI’s for Store Planning. Key processes are co-designed through interaction with Global and Geography cross-functional stakeholders. They will leverage external thinking around best-in-class industry trends to propose future strategies that are right for Nike's profitability goals. When strategies are ready for deployment, they will evangelize the future vision with cross-functional stakeholders in preparation for execution. Supply and Inventory Planning(S&IP) Innovation focuses on Supply, Inventory, Deployment and Store Planning future state world wide solutions driving the enterprise forward.
