What you’ll do
As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the supportability and efficient support process setup for our cloud product. Your key responsibilities will include:
Support Process Setup: Develop and implement support processes and plans to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of customer issues. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support coverage. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to build a robust knowledge base. Customer Interaction: Provide high-quality support to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
What you bring
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
Experience: Proven experience in a support engineer role, preferably in a senior capacity, with a focus on cloud solutions. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and processes in a dynamic work environment. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and its components is an advantage. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools is an advantage.
