Working for an established provider of care and support to adults with profound and severe learning disability and complex needs, we are seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to work at their residential Leyland service.
The role:
The ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have experience of working in a similar setting and have knowledge of supporting adults with complex needs and severe learning disabilityYou will hold a minimum of the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Supervisory experience and of leading a teamYou will be a professional and committed person with the ability to lead a team and work in a person centred way. Flexible to be able to work shifts and on a rota basis with some on call duties.The good bit:
