Ensure compliance with company policies, local authority, and Ofsted standards.Oversee documentation, including risk assessments, care plans, and financial records.3. General Residential Worker Responsibilities:
Provide care and control for children, maintaining a positive environment.Organize and supervise recreational and leisure activities.Contribute to assessments, planning, and review meetings.Adhere to company policies, including safeguarding and health and safety.Senior Residential Worker Additional Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to Residential Workers.Supervise designated workers and record progress.Offer advice on training needs and opportunities.Address issues or concerns with management.Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma Level 3 for children and young people.Maintain professional conduct and code of conduct.
