**Senior Surveyor (Cork) Job Description**
**Job Information** **:**
Job Title: Surveyor
Location: 3rd Floor, One Albert Quay, Ballintemple, Co. Cork
Reports to: Managing Director, Cork
**What You’ll Do:**
Working as part of the Cork team in all aspects of the commercial property industry including Valuations, Agency, Professional Services etc. The role will involve assisting with the preparation of valuation reports of all types of commercial property and land; leasing, sale and acquisition of commercial property; provision of high-quality consultancy advice to key stakeholders for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Experience in all or a combination of these areas of work would be a distinct advantage.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Ideal candidate for the role will have between 2-5 years commercial property experience and would like to further their career with a progressive and market leading commercial property company
+ Qualified member of the SCSI or working towards completion of APC and becoming chartered
+ Candidates should have expert knowledge and understanding of the property market
+ Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with clients and colleagues
+ Excellent report writing and numerical skills and strong attention to detail are key factors for anyone applying for this role (Red Book Valuation experience an advantage)
+ Highly organised and motivated with Ability to work on own initiative
+ IT Skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
+ Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer would be an advantage
