Senior System Administrator, Retail (Blue Yonder)
**DESCRIPTION** Acosta Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a **Senior System Administrator (Blue Yonder, Category Management).** In this role, you will be responsible for the effective administration, configuration, and optimization of our Blue Yonder Category Management System. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions and have hands-on experience in configuring and managing category management processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + _System Administration_ : Maintain the Blue Yonder Category Management On Prem platform for optimal performance. Perform system monitoring, analysis, and tuning. Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams. + _Configuration and Customization_ : Tailor the system to meet business requirements and best practices. Engage with end-users and stakeholders to align system configurations with their needs. + _User Support_ : Provide prompt technical support, resolve system-related issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user competence and confidence. + _Documentation_ : Keep detailed records of system configurations, modifications, and procedural documents. Update user guides and training materials regularly. + Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. + 5-8 Years experience in a Space Management related position with a clear focus on Blue Yonder CKB - system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. + Deep and proven experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions, which include Space Planning, Floor Planning, CKB, Open Access, Assortment Optimization, Space Automation, Planogram Generator. + SQL Programming with a focus on database management and query optimization. + Comprehensive understanding of category management processes and principles. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment and Physical Requirements** + This role is remote, allowing you to work from home or any other suitable location with a reliable internet connection. + Physical requirements are typical of a remote work environment, predominantly involving computer use and virtual communication. + Infrequent travel may be required to attend meetings, trainings, or coordinate with teams as needed. **ABOUT US** Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer **Job Category:** Retail **Position Type:** Full time **Business Unit:** Sales **Salary Range:** $86,000.00 - $107,000.00 **Company:** Acosta Employee Holdco LLC **Req ID:** 3034
