About Ping Identity:
At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people think about enterprise security technology. With our innovative Identity Defined Security platform, we're helping to build a borderless world where people have total freedom to work wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.
We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that drives our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.
We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and we have offices and employees around the globe. And we serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including over half of the Fortune 100. Because even in the most complex enterprise environments, security shouldn't be a source of anxiety. It should be one of your greatest competitive advantages.
As a IT Systems Administrator, you will manage the devices and applications deployed to Ping Identity's employees globally and will report to the Systems Administrator team lead. You will work with adjacent teams providing desktop support and managing our infrastructure, to ensure that our employees can operate securely and efficiently.
Our environment is mostly macOS laptops, with a minority of Windows laptops. We would like to develop the user experience on Windows devices, so that we can enable our colleagues to choose the devices that work best for their needs, without limitation.
You Will:
Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support of all IT-related questions and issues generated by Ping Identity employees and affiliates. Take the lead on setting up InTune device management, migrating and managing existing devices, and maintaining an app catalog. Share in the administration of multiple local, server-based and SaaS systems, including but not limited to, Active Directory, O365, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom. Help with the provisioning and de-provisioning of equipment, accounts and employees. Actively look for ways to improve our IT environment, gaining broad approval, and managing the changes. Work with other teams across the business to implement projects, drawing on enterprise experience to provide advice.
