Work you’ll do

Be a self-motivated system administrator to provide enterprise server support in a fast paced and demanding environmentBuild and configure Windows-based systems in support of highly visible mission areasProactively and efficiently administer servers using enterprise toolsets such as SCCM, SCOM, etc.Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issuesEnsure server configuration compliance with DoD and client regulationsDocument technical troubleshooting effortsParticipate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours support

Qualifications 

Required:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.Active Security+CE certification required.At least one of the following active certifications:70-697, 70-698, MD-100, MD-101, 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, or higherMinimum 2+ years’ experience in the following:Experience with Server 2012 R2 administrationExperience with physical (Dell, HP, IBM) and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) systemsKnowledge of client/server hardware and software configurationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Must be able to work onsite at least 5 days a week or as required by the client (project based in Sierra Vista, AZ).Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessaryAbility to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

2+ years’ experience in the following areas:Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issuesAbility to research and develop creative solutions to unique problemsAbility to create and/or modify scripts (batch, PowerShell)Ability to document technical troubleshooting efforts1+ years of knowledge in the following:Windows Active Directory servicesMcAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS)Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)DISA STIGs and/or IAVAs
