As a Senior System Advisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support in system design and implementation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. With your extensive knowledge and experience in system architecture, you will contribute to the success of our projects and drive customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for technical advisement, system health evaluation, system maintenance, and advanced system configurations to assist our OnGuard customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening cross-functional relationships with key internal customers including Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management on behalf of the customer.

You will report directly to our Manager-LenelS2 Managed Services, and you’ll work on a remote work schedule. Candidates that are based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones are preferred to support regional obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks vary depending on customer requirements, and are inclusive, but not limited to: 

\n\nActing a primary point of contact for customers and as their voice within LenelS2 \nSubject matter expert for OnGuard related projects \nHosting technical advisement calls and ownership of call agenda \nProvide software and database expertise to customer and VAR project resources \nProvide reporting on system health and set action items for improvements \nTroubleshooting OnGuard security system issues \nSystem design review \nEvaluation of business procedures and “best practices” \nSoftware database advisement \nDevelop and implement OnGuard system maintenance strategies  \nSome travel may be required (no more than 2 weeks per year)\n\n

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $90,400 - $117,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $90,400 - $124,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. MUST HAVE

\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n5+ years of Software Development/Scripting work experience \n3+ years of Cloud based server and SQL infrastructure (Azure and AWS) experience\n5+ years of security industry experience \n\n
