Belay Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to join out intel team. The candidate will work with a team of developers to implement new JBLOCKS capabilities in support of Zero Trust. The candidate must have experience consulting and advising on various technical topics including ICAM, DevOps, and data tagging. The systems engineer is expected to have extensive experience with requirements elicitation and can manage multiple efforts to support various domains. The candidate should have previous experience with defining, managing, and validating the implementation of requirements. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of EDH1, EDH2, ISM, CUI, and CAPCO. The candidate must have prior experience working in cross-agency working groups including the DOD and IC. The candidate is expected to research and perform trade studies as required.
Candidates should have the following qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphTen (10) years of experience as a Technical Consultant (TC) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is requiredBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFive (5) years of additional TC experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years of experience
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:One or more of the following: AWS Professional/Specialty or Microsoft Azure CertificationFamiliarity with PKI and REST servicesKnowledge of ICAM Capabilities and integrationUnderstand of GitOps and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with defining requirements for microservicesExperience with software deployed in Docker and KubernetesReview and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test resultsProvide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software componentsPerform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirementsAdminister, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the applicationKnowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standardsExcellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design conceptsAbility to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
