**Description** SAIC has a need for a **Senior Systems Engineer** to provide engineering support at Systems Simulation Software and Integration (S3I) in **Huntsville, AL** to assist in developing requirements and evaluating options for Intelligent Teaming Science and Technology concepts. **Responsibilities Include:** + Candidate will assist in the Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), integration, and testing of Intelligent Teaming architectures and software under test. + In a team environment, the candidate will support the evaluation of vendors’ architecture models and processes. + Candidate will assist in the creation of test plans and procedures for Software Requirement Specifications (SRSs) + Candidate will work in an AGILE environment **Qualifications** **Required Education:** + BS degree and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. **Required Clearance:** + Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance **Required Skills:** + **Proficient with Cameo/Magic Draw** + Experience developing test plans and procedures + Experience creating software and hardware requirements, design, interface and test documentation and analysis of test results + Experience producing test reports. + Demonstrated self-starter with strong interpersonal communications + Estimated Travel: <15% + Good verbal and written communication skills are required + Working knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office Suite + Direct experience with aviation and/or weapons hardware **Preferred Skills:** + Understanding of Modular Open Systems Approaches (MOSA) + Understanding of the Future Aircraft Capability Environment (FACE) + Experience working with Flight Management Systems, EGIs, ARC RTs, KGs, APNT devices, CMUs, and IFF transponders + Knowledge and experience UAS interfaces. + Experience with commercial and military tactical ground and aviation radios. Including PRC radios, ARC-210 gen 6, STTs, Link16. + Experience developing automated test scripts and LabVIEW + Experience working with Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) test environments + Experience with using Jira and Confluence + Experience with test & integration of systems + Experience reading and creating system schematics SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
