Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS168, T6, Band 9 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide programmatic and technical support for the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) portfolio, including tracking efforts, analyzing resourcing demands, and developing issue papers addressing risks and opportunities. • Conduct technical assessments of MPE systems and identify critical capabilities, capability gaps, and modernization roadmaps. • Support the development of globally integrated cloud-based enterprise services to meet mission partner information-sharing needs. • Provide comprehensive systems and network engineering support for DoD365, improving performance, capacity, security, and cost-efficiency. • Develop strategic plans and policies to enhance DoD365 capabilities and align with DoD CIO objectives. • Support EUES governance by providing technical and analytical expertise, including action tracking and Internet Content Blocking policy development. • Analyze and recommend improvements to IT standards and technical profiles, enabling enterprise interoperability and efficient resource utilization. • Assist in reforming governance processes and structures, including participation in the Joint Enterprise Standards Committee (JESC) and subordinate panels. • Review and assess Information Support Plans (ISPs) to ensure joint IT system interoperability, supportability, and compliance with the Clinger-Cohen Act. • Develop whitepapers, architectural artifacts, and other technical documents to shape IT modernization efforts. • Monitor and analyze DoD policies and strategies that impact MPE and IT interoperability, providing actionable recommendations to address gaps
Requirements:
• Due to contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens who do not hold dual citizenship.• An active Secret clearance is required.• Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field). • 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT standards, or related fields, with a focus on DoD systems and enterprise-level modernization efforts. • Expertise in systems engineering, technical assessments, and enterprise IT standards. • Strong knowledge of DoD governance, interoperability requirements, and policy development. • Proficiency in analyzing and designing cloud-based solutions and enterprise services.
