Key Responsibilities Primarily focusing on activities in the TW Region. Implement Industry 4.0 solutions and lead plant-wide projects to enhance performance, drive excellence, and improve equipment reliability by deploying new sensors and integrating them into existing systems. Participate in production line startup events and develop standard packages for Control/Equipment. Coordinate and lead projects involving vendors, plant departments, and divisions. Conduct equipment modification and stage upgrades with a focus on capital efficiency. Work towards reducing the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts from existing equipment. Review and update troubleshooting guides/technical guidance, and conduct training for MMA/FMA. Experiences/Education Solid project management experience in between Vendor management. Able to understand the engineering drawing a from electrical to mechanical. Full understand in automation industrial. It should include design, fabrication, FAT, Installation, quality control, hot debugs and SAT. Expert in PLC, robot, sensor application and equipment integration. It need familiar with systems capability design, network configuration, basic functions settings. Solid experience in maintain preface, TSG and improvement in 24hr running plant. Working experiences: 8 years+ above, preferable in Automation industry. Travel overseas less than 10% of the time
Required Skills
Basic understanding of RDBMS databases Strong knowledge of python, C++, C# programming. Familiar with DevOps tools, such as Gitlab, JIRA. Excellent knowledge of computer systems (networks, operating systems, and computer architecture) Excellent critical thinking and debugging skills in software programming.
