Project Description
Currently the creation and generation of Juvenile forms is an outdated and cumbersome process, resulting in duplicate data entry and many help desk calls. This project will concentrate on the redesign of high-usage forms, making them easier to use, reducing duplicate data entry, and ensuring that the forms comply with current legislation.
Description of Work
This position servers as a Senior Systems Analyst on the JWise/CaseWise team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form and the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship within and outside the JWise/CaseWise team. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in formal design methodologies. Responsibilities will include the following:
Analyzing business and technical requirements and documenting program specifications using structured methods and/or UML
Creating design documents
Creating and executing system test plans
Creating help text, user manuals, training materials, and other communication
Demonstrating system functionality
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required Skills:
Web Application Analysis and Design including ability to fully document requirements and design
Testing of large, complex systems
Use of HTML or Dreamweaver for screen design
Training and Experience
Eight years of progressive systems analyst experience working with large-scale, complex on- line systems, including at least two years as a senior systems analyst on a large-scale web based project.
