What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree (preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis) with 2 years relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with 4 years relevant experience. • 6 years of experience in healthcare or IS/Business. • Previous experience with the build of Oracle Health’s SurgiNet application and surgical workflows.• Proficiency in MS Desktop products, client/server applications, common programming languages (e.g., C++ and Java), IT selection and implementation methodology, software design and development best practices, technical documentation, relational database concepts, disaster recovery, computer security procedures, and report writing tools. Your Responsibilities Include: • Review and document business requirements and formulate business objectives.• Generate systems scope and objectives for complex information systems.• Suggest workflow and process improvements.• Modify, test, and implement third-party software or create programmatic/scripted solutions.• Lead small to mid-size teams on projects involving complex systems with moderate integration.• Fully document requirements, testing, code/script, processes, and workflow.• Guide and advise less experienced analysts.• Perform implementations and upgrades to complex applications.• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary.• Provide end-user education and technical guidance, performing on-call functions as needed.
