ResponsibilitiesAnalytical Support:
Conduct data analysis to support operational goals, performance metrics, and mission readiness.Develop reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the evaluation of program efficiency, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.Prepare engineering change proposals (ECP) packages for Explosive Ordnance Detachment (EOD), Naval Special Warfare (NSW), and Fleet diving.Gather data from various sources diving and life support programs including (failure analysis reports), engineering drawings, and Casualty Reports (CASREPS)Analyze the impact of ECPs on technical and logistics documentation.Dive Equipment Maintenance:
Inspect, maintain, and repair dive equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.Conduct regular inventory audits of dive-related tools, equipment, and supplies.Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, calibration, or replacement as needed.Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with established protocols.Operational Support:
Support dive teams in the planning and execution of missions by ensuring equipment availability and functionality.Provide logistical assistance for field operations, including transportation and setup of equipment.Collaborate with team members to identify and address mission-critical needs.Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and agency-specific regulations regarding dive operations and equipment.Conduct safety checks and risk assessments as part of routine operations.Provide training and guidance to personnel on the proper use and maintenance of dive equipment.Ensure MIL-STD and MIL-SPC meet regulatory requirements.Provide depot certifications and spares. Qualifications Desired 10 years of experience preparing engineering support packages for Explosive Ordnance Detachment (EOD), Naval Special Warfare (NSW), and Fleet diving and or equivalent.Experience gathering data from various sources diving and life support programs including (failure
analysis reports), engineering drawings, and Casualty Reports (CASREPS), analyzing the impact of support packages on technical and logistics documentation.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
