Position Introduction:
The Sr. Systems Analyst – SAP Warehouse Management and procurement is accountable and responsible for providing oversight and delivery of complex projects, enhancements, and service requests within the SAP platform. The role is accountable and responsible for system architecture to develop features and stories to deliver business capabilities within SAP Warehouse management and procurement (MM) space. The objective of this role is to focus on partnering with solution architects within portfolios, shared service platforms and infrastructure to ensure stability and continuous improvement of processes and capabilities. An ideal candidate should be able to ensure that the newly created and/or existing applications adhere to quality standards and requirements. Breadth of knowledge of various SAP modules such as SAP SD, FICO a plus.
You Will (position responsibilities):
Provide technical leadership within the SAP Warehouse Management and procurement (MM)Responsible for reviewing and further evolving development standards and frameworkOversight and responsibility for design, development, performance validation and testing methodologies to ensure technical solutions meet quality requirements.Oversees quality of deliverables (including design, code, and development reviews) and follows the stipulated change control processes and release/transport management schedules.Active engagement with enterprise architecture and solution architects to provide strategic partnership and influence that creates technology and future state capabilities.Help manage roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure work continues to improve intended value / resultsProvide inputs into QA testing and release readiness activitiesSupport the definition of architectural standards and validate via proof of conceptsCollaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and IT Shared Services Architects to include design inputs.Participate in Product and Agile team level ceremonies.Coach Systems Analysts on architectural standards and ensure they conduct quality audits on Development Team's output.Oversee and provide guidance to IT Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and continuous improvement opportunities.Introduce and help coordinate change across all levels of the organization ensuring the adoption and maximum benefit of solutionsEnsure strict adherence to development standards and procedure within the SAP ecosystemManage communications between several members, and play an active role in Agile teamYou Have (position qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information System or related field(s)5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse management and procurement (MM) modulesRelate technical and business concepts to leadershipTechnical knowledge of SAP systems and a good understanding of several functional areas such as FI, SDExposure and understanding of SAP security conceptsExperience with S4Experience with Fiori UI5Experience working in Continuous Delivery model (Agile)Experience working within JIRA / ConfluenceExperience with a managed IT service organization (on-shore and off-shore teams)#LI-MC1

Compensation:
Pay Range:$90,900-$132,300The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
