The Senior System Analyst will propose solutions designed to address identified business problems, educate users, manage timelines and expectations, ensure quality control, and mentor team members.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields or equivalent work experience
Licensures/Certifications:
Preferred: Workday Pro Integration, Security, or Financial
Experience:
3-5 years of experience with Workday Finance applications in a Healthcare setting is preferred Project management of short-medium term projects related to break/fix and optimization Previous lead role in implementation/support of a ‘like’ application/application suite
Skills:
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
• Experienced with Workday Adaptive Planning and Strategic Sourcing
• Experienced with various types of Workday Custom Report Development

• Skill in interpreting or modifying Workday XML, cXML, BAI2, Standard ACH and Pre-Notes
• Experienced with SOAP/REST API, Workday Web Services, and XSL/XSLT Transformation
• Proven ability to design and implement sophisticated integration solutions
• Strong understanding of Workday technology ecosystems
• Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and provide leadership for the resources supporting the break/fix efforts of the HR/Finance application
• Act as primary point of contact to monitor and triage HR/Finance IT issues
• Research inquiries using available information resources and redirect problems to the appropriate resource
• Lead effort in tracking issues and resolutions; identify situations requiring urgent attention
• Stay current with any supported system information, changes and updates
• Analyze and assess technical issues (Desktop, Network, Application, Other)
• Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

$75,318.06 - $135,572.50Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
