REQUIREMENTS:

 

The Senior Systems Engineer shall have at least five (5) years of experience working with the Microsoft computing environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, Domain Names Services (DNS).Familiarity with basic network technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues such as network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration issues; basic messaging system administration (e-mail); PC and server hardware familiarity including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using configuration analysis and subsystem (hard drive, memory, monitors, and power supplies) repair/replacement procedures.Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system.Perform hardware and software system, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.Persons in this position will also be responsible for backup and recovery functions.

 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

 

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert & Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

 

Designated persons shall be named to fill each shift during a 24x7x365 work week at the Western Currency Facility - WCF (Fort Worth, TX) and Washington Currency Facility - DCF locations. The contractor shall name a lead Systems Engineer who shall be responsible for leading entire systems engineering team in providing support.

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
