Key Responsibilities: + Lead the design, prototyping, development, testing, and integration of complex information systems. + Develop functional and technical designs for information systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency. + Supervise or lead teams in software design, coding, system integration, and troubleshooting. + Roadmap and support critical development processes for system architecture and data flow. + Oversee the design and management of data flows, ensuring proper system inputs and outputs, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. + Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve system business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending alternative approaches.  + Create and maintain documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and technical training programs for new system developers and users. + Conduct quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified standards and best practices. + Perform workflow analyses to optimize system efficiency. + Design, develop, test and deploy machine learning models integrated with broader system architectures. + Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making on alternative technical approaches. + Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to junior team members, ensuring collaborative and high-performing development efforts. + Design and manage project work plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills/Abilities & Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. + 10+ years of experience in system design, data processing, and software development. + Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and querying. + Expertise in creating data visualizations that provide meaningful business insights. + Strong understanding of machine learning models, statistical concepts, and their practical application. + Experience leading software development projects, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. + Ability to evaluate business processes and suggest improvements through system design and integration. + Experience developing documentation, training programs, and conducting quality assurance reviews. + Familiarity with workflow analyses and system optimization strategies. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
