Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Orlando, FL. Roles and Responsibilities: * Senior Systems Engineer will build and maintain an enterprise-wide solutions for multiple operating systems including Red Hat Linux and Windows * Build, maintain, and deploy standardized, current images of various Operating Systems on multiple HW platforms * Use vendor specific management tools to support remote HW platforms * Proactively monitors a production infrastructure environment to ensure continued availability of the systems and services * Provide 3rd level support for the Service Desk and Restaurant Support teams via the resolution of escalated application, operating system, deployment, and hardware issues * Document installation and configuration procedures * Participate in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Support and monitor highly available solutions * Completes maintenance and support actions for Linux and Microsoft technologies * As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will develop processes to increase efficiency and automate regular maintenance of support actions * Identifies and resolves problems with the restaurant environment * Assists Infrastructure team with testing and implementation of new software releases * Provides on-call support
