What YOU will do: • Manage multiple projects from start to finish• Directly interfacing with customers and field technicians• Order and activate WAN circuits; troubleshoot if necessary• Procure equipment per project requirements• Configure Cisco routers and switches according to set design• Coordinate shipping and/or export control (as required)• Create cutover/migration plans • Schedule and perform cutovers with customers• Update documentation (change orders, asset records, circuit records and diagrams)• Occasionally work evenings and weekends to accommodate global customer change windows Qualifications YOU Must Have• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
