We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system + Perform hardware and software System, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability. + Responsible for backup and recovery functions. + Responsible for leading entire systems engineering team in providing support + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Must maintain a current Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert & Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification + At least five (5) years of experience working with the Microsoft computing environment + Familiarity with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, Domain Names Services (DNS) + Familiarity with basic network technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues such as network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration issues; basic messaging system administration (e-mail); + PC and server hardware familiarity including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using configuration analysis and subsystem (hard drive, memory, monitors, and power supplies) repair/replacement procedures.
