**Description** SAIC is hiring a **Senior Systems Engineer** to support the Air Ground Interoperability and Integration Lab (AGIIL) in support of the Software, Simulation, Systems Engineering and Integration Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL **(Huntsville, AL)** . **Job Duties:** + Facilitate rapid integration and testing of aviation-based networking equipment using DoDI 5000.89 and MIL-STD-810G to facilitate upgrades, new systems, or modernization efforts. + Analyze project requirements and author detailed test plans and procedures to assess system functionalities. + Validate military messaging systems, including COT (MIL-STD-2525) VMF (MIL-STD-6017), and JREAP(MIL-STD-3011), ensuring compliance with external customer specifications. + Engineer and manage complex network architectures, incorporating SDWAN, LAN, and Cisco Infrastructure, leveraging CCNA expertise. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelors and nine (9) years of relevant experience; Masters degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree. **Required Security Clearance:** + Must have an active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required). **Required Skills:** + Implement network data collection systems including Wireshark, VTT, IMS, NSITE, to monitor and analyze network traffic effectively. + DoD 10 Years of Experience & Network Testing and Troubleshooting **Desired Skills:** + Experience in Broadcast and Multicast systems, enhancing network management through effective node and network discovery tools.
