PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Engineering team in Everett, WA. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge aerospace technology, optimizing aircraft performance, and ensuring compliance with critical safety and airworthiness standards.

What You’ll Do: Utilize modeling, simulation, and data analytics to drive reliability and maintainability innovations. Serve as a technical expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the aircraft lifecycle. Define and oversee technical performance measures (TPMs) such as schedule reliability and operational availability. Conduct failure mode analysis, reliability testing, and maintainability assessments using advanced digital tools. Partner with system suppliers, airline customers, and program leaders to drive engineering excellence. What You Bring:

 Required:

Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry. 14+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in reliability engineering for commercial aviation. Expertise in airplane systems design and engineering analysis. Proficiency in Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) tools such as CAFTA, ReliaSoft, or FaultTree+. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license

 Preferred:

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Strong project planning and execution skills. Proven technical leadership experience. Why Join Us?

 Pay Rate: $80.46 – $100.93 per hour
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift
