We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in VMware, Windows, and Office 365 for our client, a prominent player in the Healthcare industry.

This role is HYBRID you must be local to the area to commute 2-3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: System Design & Architecture: Develop, implement, and manage virtualization and infrastructure solutions using VMware technologies. Windows Administration: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Windows servers and workstations in a hybrid cloud environment. Office 365 Management: Administer and support Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, providing expert-level support to internal teams and clients. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, and network engineering, to ensure seamless integration of systems. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on VMware, Windows, and Office 365. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, vSphere), Windows Server (2016/2019), and Office 365 administration. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
