What You Will Do:


In the Senior Systems and Financial Data Analyst role, you will work with leadership in our Federal client's CIO shop to combine technical expertise in information systems with financial analysis skills to support the design, implementation and ongoing management of applications and systems within the CIO organization. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data related to project performance and budgets, identifying system improvement needs, supporting the development of operational solutions, and ensuring the fidelity of client financial data across the technology investment portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess curiosity, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive nature to deliver maximum value to our client and excel in this role. Specific responsibilities may include:

Supporting management of system implementation projects, including timelines, budget, and stakeholder communication. 

Analyzing financial data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in existing systems and determine how system enhancements can address business needs.

Collaborating with IT teams to design, develop, and implement new systems or enhancements to existing ones.

Developing reports and dashboards to provide key insights to management. 


What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field.

THREE (3) years of experience in technology, budget/finance or federal consulting


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Relevant experience in financial analysis and system implementation.

Ability to identify issues within systems and processes, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.

Client services consulting experience, ideally with a Big 4 or similar echelon professional services organization.

Understanding of the IT development lifecycle and related methodologies (e.g., Agile).

Experience supporting U.S. government clients (or working directly within the U.S. government).

CAPM or PMP certification

Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
