Senior Systems Integrator
Job Title: Sensor Integration Engineer Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sensor Integration Engineer to join our team, supporting the integration of cutting-edge Sensor Program solutions across multiple organizations, program offices, and sensor segments. This role is essential in ensuring seamless collaboration across organizational boundaries, program budgets, and development contracts, delivering integrated solutions that align with technical roadmaps and support the vision of future architectures. The Sensor Integration Engineer will work in collaboration with various internal and external teams to achieve the NGA’s strategic objectives as outlined in the GEOINT CONOPS 2022 and CIO-T Strategy 2022. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the TAE-level integration offices, to ensure Sensor Acquisition Programs are integrated into the National Systems for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), the Airborne Systems Group (ASG), and international partners, as required. + Provide expert support in interface and service definition, both internally and externally, helping develop, document, and implement necessary interfaces to achieve the NGA vision. + Synchronize individual program, segment, and project solutions across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise strategy and completion of major initiatives. + Assist with the integration of Sensor Program solutions across diverse organizational and program boundaries, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to integration. + Support the compressed test events in the upcoming months with NRG integration engineering and testing. + Lead spectral integration efforts for NEOG-B, including generating and modifying architecture to meet specific requirements. + Provide integration and test support on a compressed schedule for the PG2 development program. + Continuously contribute to the evolution of technical strategies to meet future challenges, supporting the next phase of the agency’s vision and strategies. Qualifications & Skills: + Experience with integrating complex sensor solutions and systems. + Strong understanding of geospatial intelligence, system engineering, and sensor acquisition programs. + Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including mission partner offices, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of integrated solutions. + Expertise in interface/service definition and integration engineering processes. + Familiarity with the GEOINT CONOPS, CIO-T Strategy, and related strategic documents. + Proven track record of supporting integration activities in a compressed timeline and dynamic environments.
