Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer who can provide platform support for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) organization applications and technology infrastructure. In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional areaContribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasksReview and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityWork with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolutionLead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standardsCollaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education4+ years of application production support experience3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes or Docker3+ years of experience with automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python3+ years Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience3 + years of .Net or Java application development/support experience or a combination of both3+ years development/support experience in one or a combination of the following: Oracle Coherence, Apache Ignite, GridGain or Hazelcast2+ years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning2+ years of experience designing and managing Splunk, Elk, Grafana or Prometheus Dashboards and reports

3+ years of capital markets experience3+ year of offshore application support process experience2+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise wide information technology solutions Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including managementExperience communicating in both written and verbal formats with business partners and senior executive-level leadersKnowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production supportKnowledge and understanding of technology platform development including large scale technology in a capital markets environmentHands on experience capturing functional and non-functional requirements, caching data flow issue troubleshootingDocumentation tools experience such as Visio, MS Word, Confluence, Excel, Splunk etc.
