Senior Systems Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Systems Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The Senior Systems Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s critical systems and solutions, focusing on the integration and collaboration with multiple external vendors. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong understanding of systems analysis, vendor management, and the unique needs of the healthcare industry, ensuring all systems align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within Brazil.

 

Responsibilities: 

Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and propose improvements to align with organizational goals Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, translating them into technical requirements Manage relationships with third-party developers and vendors, ensuring project deliverables align with business needs Support or lead projects, particularly around ERP enhancements or deployments, ensuring they stay on schedule and within scope Provide post-implementation support for deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry A minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP) Proven experience working with external vendors, including contract management, SLAs, and solution integrations Experience with project management and system development life cycles Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Advanced level of written and verbal communication in English Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Desired Qualifications: 

Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) Experience working with other business functions Coding skills
